On sunday it was nice enough to go outside for a bit.

Uncle D and Josh were ready in their warm hats.

Everybody got to slam dunk the ball!

Uncle Slappy and Josh had a race (Josh told me that he "is super fast now!")...

It was a close one but Josh won!

When the kids woke up saturday morning we had so much fun watching them play.

Here are my two favorite pirates :)

Oliver had a little picnic.

On Sunday the 3 of them had a fun game of soccer/football/basketball!

Until Emma brought in some legos. Oliver was sure he needed to share them...

Emma was not thrilled about it...

so she went to hide the other two piece to make sure he didn't get to them!

Then it was back to the ball game!

They were crazy jumping, running and dancing!

It sure is fun to watch them all together.

While we were at my brother's, we celebrated my Mom's birthday which was earlier this month. Little did I know that we'd be celebrating mine too! I think this is the first time I've gotten to share a b-day cake with my mom. I loved it!

rainforest @ the Cleveland Zoo

We made a visit to the Rainforest at the Cleveland Zoo. It was really a cool place. I was really impressed by the different animals they had. Some I had never seen at a zoo before.

My mom and Tom started their Rainforest visit off right under the waterfall :)

Tom and Oliver checking out some monkeys. This was the beginning and end of Oliver's excitement for the animals! The next room we went into had birds flying around and I think they were a little too free for our little guy. He did not want to be put down after that. In fact a small turtle moving towards him even freaked him out!

A porcupine... I had never seen one in person before. They are much bigger than I would have thought!

Grandma and Emma.

This alligator was really cool. It had a really skinny snout and teeth that stuck out in every direction. I have never seen anything like it.

We sure had fun! What a great place to spend an afternoon in the middle of winter!

valentines with Gram & Papa

This past weekend we went to my brothers to see their new house and visit with everyone. We were able to share our valentines with Josh and Emma. And Gram and Papa brought valentines for the kiddos too!
